At House of Delorme, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was not delivered/shipped to you successfully

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Opened or used products
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order was not delivered successfully, please contact our support team. After confirming the shipping issue with the carrier, we will either:

  • Reship your order, or
  • Issue a refund where applicable

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
